Return& Cancellation Policies

Returns

  • Buyer must contact designsbywaf@gmail.com or by filling out the contact form above to initiate return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Buyer must ship item back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyer can return all items except custom orders and final sale.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Cancellations

  • Buyer must request cancellation by filling out the contact form above or via email to designsbywaf@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If the buyer misses the cancellation period the order will be shipped as scheduled.

  • Buyer may initiate a return after receiving the item and following all return policies.

  • No custom orders or final sale may cancelled for any reason, after purchase.
